Hayley’s skincare journey began when she was just 10 years old. Waking up one day to a forehead covered in bumps and a t-zone full of clogged pores. she didn’t recognize herself — and wanted to shrink away. That experience, along with years of dealing with acne and chronic health conditions, sparked her lifelong mission to understand and heal inflammatory imbalances from the inside out.
At 18, she took an unconventional path: left college and pursued a career in esthetics. In 2006, she earned my license in Esthiology from the Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee, and since then, she has spent nearly two decades immersed in this work — as a trainer, lead esthetician, writer, educator, and business owner. But her heart is always in the treatment room, supporting clients one-on-one.
After several years working in both holistic and medical aesthetics, her own health hit a wall. In 2014, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with shingles. The virus left her in full-body pain, numbness, and deep brain fog — making it nearly impossible to do the work she loved. With the help of acupuncture and healing support, she learned that years of overwork, product overload, and burnout had pushed my system too far.
That wake-up call became the beginning of Therapeutic Skin Coach — a return to slow, intuitive care that honors the body’s rhythms and the skin’s natural intelligence.
In the years since, she’s also been diagnosed with endometriosis, which has only deepened her commitment to advocating for people with chronic illness and hormonal imbalance. Knowing firsthand how long it can take to feel at home in your body — and how complicated healing can be. That’s why her focus is on accessible, personalized, and compassionate care. Whether you're experiencing acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis, or deeper imbalances, she is here to guide you toward skin health from a root-cause perspective.
With training from some of the world’s top plastic surgeons and a deep foundation in holistic modalities, her work blends science, intuition, and education. Together, we’ll uncover the story behind your skin, create a long-term plan that fits your life, and build rituals that leave you feeling grounded, supported, and glowing.
Hayley is currently out on maternity leave raising her newborn daughter, Elodie Maple.
