Welcome to Therapeutic Skin Coach. By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services & Scope of Practice
Therapeutic Skin Coach provides holistic esthetic services including, but not limited to, facial treatments, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, buccal massage, LED therapy, and skincare education.
All services are provided for relaxation, cosmetic, and educational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Services are not a substitute for medical care, dermatological treatment, or mental health care.
2. Client Responsibility & Contraindications
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information prior to each appointment, including but not limited to:
Pregnancy or postpartum status
Recent procedures (injectables, lasers, peels, surgery)
Skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
Medications or medical diagnoses that may affect treatment
Failure to disclose pertinent information may limit results or increase the risk of adverse reactions. Therapeutic Skin Coach reserves the right to modify or refuse treatment for safety reasons.
3. Pregnancy-Safe Services
Pregnancy-safe services are available; however, not all treatments or modalities are appropriate during pregnancy. Clients who are pregnant or trying to conceive must disclose this information prior to treatment so services can be safely adapted.
4. Appointments, Punctuality & Late Arrivals
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s appointment.
Full service fees still apply for late arrivals.
Appointments delayed more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.
This policy allows us to respect the time reserved exclusively for you.
6. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and other methods as listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Rates in effect at the time of booking apply.
7. Packages, Promotions & Gift Cards
Packages must be used within the stated time frame and are non-transferable.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
8. Refund Policy
All services rendered are non-refundable. Skincare product returns or exchanges are subject to manufacturer guidelines and must be unused and unopened unless otherwise noted.
9. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary based on skin condition, lifestyle, consistency, and adherence to recommendations. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information and health disclosures are kept confidential and used solely for providing services, internal records, and communication related to your care. We do not sell or share your information.
11. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Therapeutic Skin Coach reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
13. Limitation of Liability
By receiving services, you agree to release Therapeutic Skin Coach, its owner, and practitioners from any liability for adverse reactions that may occur despite proper care, professional standards, and informed consent.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services or the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
